1/2 thumb sized piece grated ginger
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt, non fat
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. coconut water
1/2 c. ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour in small chilled glass and garnish with wedges of pineapple.
